Ask the questions you already have and get answers with source-linked context.
Plan with your team
Invite collaborators, reuse past playbooks, and keep every decision tied to evidence.
Vision
A calm home for event memory.
VenueGraph is a simple way to bring all your event and contact information into one place, search it semantically, and get an AI assistant that helps you plan what comes next.
Over time, it should become a shared planning platform where multiple organizers can reuse context, share playbooks, and build stronger communities together.
Created by Kevin Fang
I built VenueGraph after running CMU Tech & Entrepreneurship and helping lead Carnegie Mellon's Startup Alumni Association, where we lacked the tools to keep event knowledge and relationships organized.
Simple input
Start with the files you already have, no migrations required.
Semantic memory
Search by intent, not filenames, and keep answers grounded.
Shared planning
Turn individual knowledge into a workspace your team can use.
